Rev. Robin Roderick joins us after 10 years as the Senior Pastor at First UMC in St. Charles, MO.
Rev. Robin is an honors graduate of Saint Paul School of Theology, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Ordained an Elder in 2001, she has served on Bishop Schnase’s Pathways Taskforce, as a consultant for the Healthy Church Initiative, and represented the Missouri Annual Conference at our Jurisdictional Conference in 2008 and as a delegate to both Jurisdictional and General Conference in 2012. Currently, she serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry and the Mission 21 Council.
Her personal mission statement is this: To create enthusiasm for the learning and the living of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Deep spiritual growth and wide outreach to the world in justice and mercy are integral parts of her understanding of what God wills for God’s church.

Karen came to Grace in October 2013 after serving as Music Director and Organist for over 35 years in Methodist churches in St. Louis and Kansas City. Raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., she studied both languages and music in college and then attended seminary at Perkins School of Theology (SMU). After graduating with a Master’s in Sacred Music, Karen moved to St. Louis and has been happy to call it home ever since. Her passion in ministry is planning worship that inspires and connects all who are present, using music and song to illuminate and enliven the message. When she is not practicing or performing, she is an active member of the Mission Team at Concord Trinity UMC and dabbles in gardening. E-mail Karen
Tracey came to Grace in January 2013 after serving as an assistant women's basketball coach at Loyola Marymount University. Besides coaching, Tracey also has a background in ministry and evangelism through Athletes in Action, a Christian organization for college-age athletes. She has traveled extensively with her ministry, most recently to Haiti with Grace's college-age ministry in May 2013. Tracey is currently pursuing an M.Div at Eden Theological Seminary. Her passion in ministry is leading people into a deeper faith through discipleship. E-mail Tracey
