If you haven’t been to a Grace Potluck dinner before, you are in for a treat. There is always a wide variety of delicious dishes to sample and enjoy. Even better is the fellowship around the tables. This is a chance to get to know someone you’ve only greeted in worship service before.
We are all encouraged to bring a dish to share. It can be a casserole, salad, appetizer, or dessert. You can deliver your dish to the kitchen any time after about 10:00 and people will be there to accept it, refrigerate or reheat it as needed, and put it out at the appropriate time for serving. If you don’t have a kitchen or have other reasons this is difficult for you, please just bring yourself and know there will be plenty of food. We need your attendance most of all!
The kitchen is off the Fellowship Hall. You can access it by either of the stairways down from the back of the sanctuary (Skinker entrances) or from the east side (new entrance) go to the lowest level and head west through the food pantry area, down another flight of stairs or the ramp.
See you there!
If you have been, are, or would like to be on the Ambassador, Usher, Outreach, Hospitality or PenPal team(s) OR you just want to know more, please consider joining the NEW Connections Team!
If you are interested in learning more about the Connections Team, please contact the Church Office at (314) 863-1992.
Grace Church Ambassadors serve as greeters and guides to visitors and members. They are the first point of contact for first-time visitors, and they introduce newcomers to the minister and other congregation members. They are available to help worshipers find their way in the building and assist in any way necessary. Look for these helpers wearing name tags and red vests.
